Hello Professor Burke’s students!

Sharing your annotated text is easy with ePortfolio. Take a few pictures and then upload the images to your Media library. Using the Image block for one picture or the Gallery block for multiple pictures, add the photos of your annotated text to your post or page. Don’t forget to “link to Media File” so that your viewers are able to click on your pictures for a bigger version. To learn more about this process, here is a video tutorial.

If you are using a digital text, see if it includes an annotation tool, and then take a screen shot to show your work. To take a screen shot with a Mac, press COMMAND+Shift+4 and select the appropriate area. To take a screen shot with a PC, open the window to full screen and then press FN (function)+Print Screen.

To troubleshoot other issues related to images and galleries, click here. To learn about a standard Windows 10 annotation tool called Sniping tools, click here to see a tutorial.

If you need some help with this process, make an appointment with a DigiSpace Consultant by following the directions here, or by stopping by SASC for some in-person assistance with scheduling an appointment. We offer one-to-one support in-person and remotely via Zoom. We look forward to helping you!
